  1. There are some stuff unfortunately I can’t eat like sweet potatoes or rams or eggs due to diabetes 2 and my cholesterol goes up if I eat eggs have any suggestions

  4. American's think that because all we eat for breakfast is bacon, eggs, pancakes that that's all your body can handle in the morning. I get the side-eye all the time when I eat other stuff for breakfast as if my body will reject it because it's not the breakfast I was conditioned to eat. I LOVE sweet potatoes, sardines, and roasted veggies for breakfast. Give me boat loads of energy w)o the crash.
