1 Red Bell Pepper (quartered)

4 Kashmiri Dried Red Chillies (deseeded)
Olive Oil (for drizzling)
1 Potato (peeled & diced)
8-10 Peppercorns
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
4-5 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
1½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 Green Chillies (sliced)
Chopped Parsley (as required)
Yogurt (for garnishing)
1 tsp Sugar
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
