  2. also I found that taking two capsules after a Meal and drinking two cups of green tea with lemon and honey right after is a much easier intake! you get enough liquid in your stomach and its not that bad than drinking it!!! also if you put some cayenne powder on your tounge you pretty much get your body ready and alert for when the capsules melt in your stomach so its not harmful to your body! your stomach will produce more acid and you will get more saliva to digest it properly instead of it being a huge surprise to your body
