CHILI CHICKEN

CHICKEN MARINATION

Chicken Breasts – 300 gm
Vinegar – 1.5 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Oil for frying

SAUCE

Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1/2 nos.
Garlic – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Green Chilies – 8-10 (slit)
Corinader Stems – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green Chili Sauce – 2-3 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1.5 tsp
White Pepper – 2 tsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Spring onion greens handful for garnish

Veggies :
1. Capsicum – 1/2 nos. (cubed)
2. Onion – 8-10 nos. (petals)
3. Bell Peppers – 1/2 nos. each (red & yellow)

  1. Its manchurian coz u chopped the vegetables in minced

    And chilly chicken veggies cuts need to be cubical
