RECIPE | Homemade Chili De Arbol Salsa

Here’s What You Do:

1. Set your oven to broiler or 550.

2. Grease your baking sheet with cooking spray, evenly place tomatillos & tomato on the tray.

3. Place in broiler for 5 minutes, until toasted. Take them out, turn them over, and place back in the broiler for 5 more minutes.

4. In a pan, saute Chili de Arbol on medium heat, turning constantly for about 3-5 minutes until slightly toasted and a lighter shade of red. Then, add in the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.

5. In a food processor, add in garlic and Chili de Arbol, blend into finely chopped pieces.

6. Add in tomatillos, tomato, and salt. Pulse lightly until your salsa forms.

7. ENJOY!
