Onion 4 medium
Tomatoes 5medium
Ginger Garlic 2tbs
Salt 2tsp
Red Chilli Powder 0.75tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Coriander 1.5tsp
Curd/Dahi 350gms
Oil 250gms
Water 1.5 glass for a pressure cooker
Fresh green Coriander and garlic for garnish
