150g bell peppers (10 medium)
100g chilli (10)
1 1/2 white onion
3 stalks of spring onion
10 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 tbsp Rosemary
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 seasoning cube
2/3 cup vegetable oil

  4. Hi! Do you know the name of the chili peppers you are using here? I live in Canada so have only seen much smaller, Thai ones

  5. Our mexican salsas are really similar! Instead of ginger, we use fresh coriander leaves, or cilantro šŸ˜€ I wish there were more African culture on this side of the world šŸ™‚ Greetings!

  6. We do this sauce in Zambia too.

    Habanero is my husband’s favourite so I’ll try adding habanero.

    I’d also add some vinegar or lemon! So good.
