Pro tip from my Abuelaā¦. Roast the tomatillos firstā¦ make sure to take the husk off before roasting. Looks great though š
I have a similar sauce that uses scallions in place of tomatillos, but also involves mayo, sour cream/cream cheese, and a bit of agave. I will have to do a side-by-side
