Можно и без голов , там есть нечего в них, только щёчки и кромка мяса перед тушкой 🙂 нажарить, напарить соус с кучей лука,имбиря и чеснока и запить винишком. Как где то было…Дед к бабке подходит и говорит ей: " Жарь рыбу"…Бабка ему: "Рыба вся (закончилась)" Дед: "Жарь всю" 🙂
