Pickled Jalapenos || Homemade With NDS



Ingredients –
250 grams Thick Chillies
1/2 cup Vinegar (You can use apple cider vinegar or natural brewed white vinegar)
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
Some Pepper Corns
1 to 2 clove of Garlic

Method-
All you got to do is cut the chillies, bring the pickling vinegar to a boil and fill it in a jar ! It’s that easy & I promise you that this only going to only get better with time. The longer you keep it, it will taste better.

Lasts upto 6 months in the fridge if you read the Vishesh Tippanis

– Use mild chillies, the fat ones work best
– Let it age in the fridge itself
– Whenever using these peppers, alwayd use a clean spoon. This will prevent any mircro organisms and keep the shelf life intact
– Pour hot pickling liquid and cap it immediately. Do not open for 2 days Atleast.
