Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Lemon juice 4 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Chicken wings with skin 1 kg
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice & mix well.Buttermilk is ready!
-Add pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,chicken powder & mix well.
-Add chicken wings & mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Place chicken wings on wire rack.
-In remaining marinade,add egg & mix well.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,onion powder,garlic powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Now coat marinated chicken wings in dry flour mixture then dip in butter milk & again coat in dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,add heat cooking oil (140°C) & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve crispy fried wings with fries & sauce!

-Bowl mein doodh aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Buttermilk tayyar hai.
-Pink salt,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken wings dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Chicken wings ko wire rack per rakh dein.
-Remaining marinade mein anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab marinated chicken wings ko dry flour mixture sa coat karein phir butter milk mein dip karein aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (140°C) & darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Crispy fried wings ko fries & sauce ka saath serve karein!
