Chicken Sandwich with Burrata, Arugula, and Tomato-Chili Mayo
Ingredients:
• Chicken breast
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Meat seasoning
• Artisan bread
• Butter
• Tomato
• Mayonnaise
• Crispy chili oil
• Arugula
• Burrata cheese
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into thinner and smaller pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and meat seasoning.
3. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest slightly, then slice it into strips or bite-sized pieces.
5. Finely chop the tomatoes and place them in a small bowl.
6. Add mayonnaise, crispy chili oil, salt, and black pepper to the tomatoes and mix until well combined.
7. Cut the artisan bread in half and butter both sides of each slice.
8. Toast the bread in a skillet until both sides are golden and crispy.
9. Spread the tomato-chili mayo sauce on one side of each slice of the toasted bread.
10. Add a layer of arugula on top of the sauce.
11. Tear burrata and place it over the arugula.
12. Add the cooked chicken pieces over the burrata.
13. Close the sandwich.
