” Continental ” or European food has a lot of variety depending on the continent. The preparation process differs depending on the culture and history.
But the most similar process which is very famous is to cook Proteins and Vitamins on high flame and give them a toss n serve!
We often eat Pizzas and Pasta which are the most famous continental recipe.
Today we have given a try with Prawn and Garlic. Let us show the method and ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 tbsp Red chili sauce.
• 2 tbsp Chili flakes.
• 12-15 Garlic cloves(Slice), 10-12 Garlic cloves(Chop).
• 6 prawns or 300 gm with tail intact.
• 2 tbsp Grated lemon zest.
• 5-6 fresh coriander springs.
• 1 Lemon juice
• Salt to taste.
• 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil + 2 tbsp for shallow frying.
• 2 Onion
• 2 Tomato
• 1/2 White Cabbage.
METHOD:
• Crush garlic cloves and place them in a bowl. Add chili sauce, crushed red chilies, and lemon rind.
• Roughly chop coriander sprigs and add along with lemon juice, salt, 4 tbsp olive oil, and shrimps. Mix well.
• Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the shrimps on it and shallow-fry till evenly done from both sides and the shrimps are cooked.
• Chop Onion, Tomato, Cabbage, and Coriander leaf and place into the bowl which had the shrimps. Mix well.
• Prepare a bed of the salad leaves on a serving platter. Place the shrimps on top and serve hot.
