1 napa cabbage (about 2 lb)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Korean chili powder (gochugaru)
1 garlic clove
1 green onion
1 sweet or hot chili pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Seasoning sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp black rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Salt and pepper shrimp:
12 shrimp
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
