Ingredients
1 3/4 cup (218 g) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese, plus more for topping
4-5 scallions (green onions), chopped
Directions
1. Mix together flour, salt, black pepper, baking powder, & baking soda.
2. Pour in the milk. Then the egg and oil. Mix.
3. Add the chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
4. Top with more shredded cheese before you put the muffins in the oven (optional).
5. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 15-18 minutes.
