Chicken Pepper Fry Recipe!



Ingredients:

Oil
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
6-7 Garlic cloves (chopped)
2 Onions (sliced)
Curry leaves (1 sprig)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli paste
500g Chicken (cleaned & cut)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Saunf (Fennel seeds)
1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
Cooking Process:

Heat oil and add jeera, let it crackle.
Add chopped garlic and sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.
Throw in curry leaves and cook for a minute.
Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste. Fry till the raw smell goes.
Add chicken pieces and cook well.
In a separate pan, dry roast black pepper, saunf, and zeera.
Crush or grind them into a masala powder.
Add this fresh masala to the chicken — this is the secret magic!
Cook until chicken is tender, masala coats well, and oil separates.
