LADYFINGER 200 GM
CORNFLOUR 20 GM
MAIDA 10 GM
SALT TO TASTE
VEG AROMAT P 1/2 TSP
REFINED OIL FOR FRYING.

CHOPPED GARLIC 8GM
CHOPPED CHILLI 5 GM
CHOPPED GINGER 5 GM
CHOPPED ONION 10 GM
SALT TO TASTE
VEG AROMAT POWDER 1/2 TSP
BURNT GARLIC 1 TSP
SPRING ONION FOR GARNISH.

  1. Boss I am a chef aur aap se bahoot cheech sikhne ko milta hai ..thanku for that ….but aap se 2 cheez puchna tha pahela ye…..ki aap white vinegar nahi use karte apni kisi bhi recipe me aisa kyun ?
    Aur dusra aap cornflour use nahi karte chiil paneer ya Manchurian me?

  4. While the dish may be delicious but presentation and video making is poor. The cooking process and the details of condiments should always be indicated in captions for clarity of audience as the audio accent is not clearly understandable .
