Thanks for sharing 👍
This is ayamase without palm oil 😃
Mine doesn't stay for long.. It gets bad within days.. What could be the reason?
This is good. Am gunning at getting a food processor, I need it joor
This is a must have in every home and will go very well with vegetable spring rolls 😋😋
Instead of water, add the oil you'll use anyway to fry the sauce, to the blender to blend the peppers. This will reduce your cooking time as you eliminate the water, and will also give you a more vibrant green colour.
Add a bit of shrimp powder for added flavour.
Thanks for trying one of Ghana's favorite sauces.
I really appreciate that you like Indian food channels! You go girl! 👍🏻
Goes well with anything
You are the best🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
this must be amazing. i'm gonna try
Definitely making this
I just realize that if I don't use olive oil, it turns brownish, but cooking in olive oil retains the green color
Amazing recipe. In India also we make a similar green chilli sauce
Can you preserve this recipe in bottles so that it can stay fresh for shelf life. How long will it stay fresh before opening.
I add Moringa and dandelion to mine. I also add tomato paste during cooking to make it children friendly. I don't add any spices
Can I keep it in just the jar without the refrigerating but I want the one I can do without refrigerating
I do some but after 3days it loses it's taste gradually
Some people outside Nigeria don't believe some tribes don't like spicy food. They think all our food are spicy. This sauce is similar to the "Ayamase" stew from South West Nigeria, home of pepper, lol.
It's similar to the Indian green chilli sauce with vinegar. Some Indians carry PHD for eating raw green chilli(Hari mirchi). I know the Chinese also have green chilli chutney.
THANKYOU! The Capsicum sauce I have been waiting for All my life!! JODIE. Australia 🇦🇺
Add basil leaves & mustard powder
This channel is really interesting
Why does it taste little bitter after it done cooking?
