Welcome back! This is my chili recipe that I make a couple times a year. It makes a massive pot of goodness. I’ve made this recipe in a crockpot and also on the stovetop. Versatility is life.

When I brown my ground turkey, I add onions and garlic. Then I add the chili powder and cumin to season the meat. When you taste your base after adding all the beans and tomatoes, you can add more seasoning to your taste preferences.

1 lb. ground turkey or beef (you can omit)
1 can (64oz) tomato or vegetable juice
1 can (15oz) black beans
1 can butter beans
2 cans great northern or navy beans (white bean of your choice)
3 cans kidney beans
3 cans chili beans in sauce (DO NOT DRAIN)
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Add as much chili powder, cumin, and hot sauce to taste.
