Restaurant style Chili Paneer| Instant Chili Paneer Recipe| Chili Paneer banane ki vidhi

Ingredients:

Paneer: 50-70g
Cornflour: 1/2 cup
Water
Oil: 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Onions: 2
Green Capsicum: 1
Some Spring Onions
Vinegar: 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Soya sauce: 1 tsp
Red chili sauce: 1 tbsp
Seasome seeds for garnish

Method:

Cut paneer in dice. Take a bowl and add cornflour to it. Now gradually add water to it and make a semi thick slurry.

Now take a kadhai and put it on flame. Add refined oil into it. As the oil becomes hot, add paneer cubes and fry them until golden brown. Take out the paneer aside.

Now take a pan and add some refined oil. As the oil becomes hot, add ginger garlic paste and fry it. Now add chopped onions, green capsicum and spring onions.

Add white vinegar and soya sauce. Toss the vegetables. Add little salt. Mix up the vegetables. Add red chili sauce. Toss it again.

Now add fried paneer cubes and toss it again.

Let it be in on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Take it out in a plate and garnish it with some Spring onions and seasome seeds.

Your hot chili paneer is ready.
