Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
• 2 chicken breasts (400–500g), sliced or pounded evenly
• Salt, to taste
• Paprika, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• All-purpose flour, for dusting (about 2–3 tbsp)

For the Sauce:
• 2 tbsp chopped garlic
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 100 ml chicken broth
• 200 ml heavy cream
• 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1–2 tbsp finely grated broccoli (tomatoes optional, for texture and color)

Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt, paprika, and black pepper. Lightly coat in flour.
2. In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, and optional jalapeño for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add chicken broth and let it simmer briefly. Pour in the cream and stir.
5. Mix in Parmesan and broccoli( tomatoes). Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your favorite side.
