🍲 Chicken Handi with Black Pepper – Recipe:
🐓 Ingredients:
Chicken – 500g (bone-in preferred)

Yogurt – ½ cup

Fresh cream – ½ cup

Black pepper (coarsely crushed) – 1 tbsp (adjust to taste)

Onion – 1 large (finely chopped)

Tomatoes – 2 medium (blended or finely chopped)

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Green chilies – 2 (slit)

Red chili powder – ½ tsp

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Cooking oil or ghee – ¼ cup

Fresh coriander & ginger slices – for garnish

🔥 Instructions:
Heat oil/ghee in a handi or heavy-bottom pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute until aromatic.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white and start to brown.

Mix in blended tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and let it cook until oil separates.

Add yogurt and black pepper, stir well, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add cream and green chilies. Simmer on low heat for another 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens and becomes creamy.

Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with coriander and ginger slices.

Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice!
