chile con queso with chorizo
ingredients
6 Chile serranos (or 3 jalepenos)
half onion (I used red but yellow or white work)
1 clove garlic
1 pack pool chorizo
1 pound ground beef
half teaspoon salt
one fourth teasppoon black pepper
1 pound Colby cheese
1 pound Monterrey jack
one block velveeta
1 cup cream of mushroom soup (one small can cream of mushroom)
half cup milk or more depending on desired thickness of cheese
