Recipe – Control Freak White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

1 large chicken breast
1 can great northern beans
1/2 can white corn
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 small can green chillies
2 tb taco seasoning
1/2 can chicken broth
monterey jack cheese
sour cream
green onion

Equipment

Breville Control Freak
4 Qt Enamled Cast Iron Pot

Method

Mix chicken soup, green chillies, taco seasoning and chicken broth
Drain great northern beans and white corn cans
Place chicken breast in pot
Place beans and corn over chicken
Pour in liquid seasoning mix
Bring Control Freak to 180F with Intensity = 3 Flames
Cook for 3 hours
Remove chicken, shred with two forks and stir back in
Cook another 1 hour
Take off heat and let sit for 1 hour
Serve with cheese, sour cream and green onion

Notes

If doubling recipe, set temp to 185F or higher to achieve bubbling quicker, then reduce to 180F
Store in 8oz deli containers, to freeze leftovers
Reheat each frozen container for 5 minutes in microwave
