Here is the detailed recipe of chilli garlic fried rice recipe

*RECIPE*
1. Take 6 to 7 seeds of garlic along with 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder and mash it properly.
2. ⁠Now take 1/2 tsp of jeera in pan, along with a chopped onion and saute it.
3. ⁠Now add the mashed garlic mixture and saute it well.
4. ⁠Add half chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, and boiled sweetcorn and saute them.
5. ⁠Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of coriander powder, garam masala and table salt and mix them well.
6. ⁠Now pour the boiled rice in the mixture and mix all.
7. ⁠Your delicious chilli garlic fried rice is ready.
