[Recipe] These air-fried bell peppers are absolutely delicious, with naturally sweet juices released from the tomato mixture! It’s nutritious too with protein, vegetable and healthy fats included in one dish.

Ingredients
1 large red capsicum / bell pepper
1/2 a large tomato
1 shallot
3 to 4 walnuts (break into smaller pieces)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
1) Chop the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds to create 2 “bowls”.
2) Mix sliced shallots with diced tomatoes. Add the tomato mixture into the bell pepper bowls. Add the rest of the ingredients, step by step, as shown in the reel.
3) Air-fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
