Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Let’s make something colorful, juicy, and cheesy — stuffed bell peppers that’ll steal the spotlight on your dinner table!
You’ll need:
• 3 bell peppers (go wild with the colors!)
• 1 chicken breast
• 1 juicy tomato
• A handful of dill
• A handful of parsley
• 60g Philadelphia cream cheese
• Salt & pepper
• Dried garlic
• Smoked paprika (yum!)
• Green onion
• 200g shredded mozzarella
Let’s cook:
1. Slice those beautiful bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
2. Chop the chicken breast, tomato, green onion, dill, and parsley — the finer, the better!
3. Mix everything in a bowl: the chopped goodies + cream cheese + salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. It should already smell amazing!
4. Stuff your pepper halves generously and place them on a baking tray.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
6. Take them out, sprinkle lots of mozzarella on top, and pop them back in for another 5 minutes until that cheese is melty and golden!
Top with fresh herbs before serving.
Enjoy them as a main dish, with a side of grains or a crisp salad — or just as they are.
So good, so cheesy, so satisfying!
Bon appétit!
Peppers never looked this good!
Colorful + juicy + cheesy = YES PLEASE!
