SOYA MOMOS RECIPE (Steamed | Veg Style)

Ingredients (Stuffing):
• 1 cup soya granules (boiled & squeezed)
• ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
• ¼ cup grated carrot
• 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• Salt, black pepper, soya sauce (½ tsp), vinegar (a few drops)
• Oil – 1 tbsp

Dough:
• 1 cup maida
• Pinch of salt, water as needed

Steps:
1. Soya granules ko 10 min ubal ke squeeze kar lo.
2. Pan mein oil daal ke ginger-garlic sauté karo, phir sab veggies + soya daal ke 5 min bhuno.
3. Thoda soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper daal ke cool hone do.
4. Maida ka dough banakar momos shape banao, stuffing daal ke seal karo.
5. 10–12 min steam karo till shiny & soft.
