Easiest and tastiest PEPPER CHICKEN RECIPE
Boneless chicken small cubes – 250 grams
Big onions – 2 chopped small
Tomato – 1 chopped small
Curry leaves – From 3 sprigs (or a handful)
Garlic – 7 pods crushed
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp (plus 1 tsp for marinating)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Curry powder-1/4 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Oil – 5 tbsps
For The Ground Masala
Peppercorns – 1.5 tablespoons
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Kalpasi / Black stone flower – 2
Curry leaves – few
PREPARATION METHOD
Wash chicken pieces well and marinate with turmeric powder and salt; set aside for 10-15 minutes. Then wash it again well.
Grind items to grind in thick paste .
Marinate chicken with turmeric
Now place a pot on flame and add oil. After it heats up, add remaining curry leaves, fennel seeds, garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Then add onions and slit green chikki and saute until it turns brownish in color. Add tomato and masalas and cook till raw smell of tomato goes
Now add the chicken pieces and the spice paste; stir well.
Cook covered until the raw smell of masala leaves. Then remove the lid and let the pan open; cook well until the water content reduces and the curry thickens. (Adjust the consistency according to your wish by altering the quantity of stock; add more of the it to get a gravy, add lesser quantity to get a masala kind)
Garnish with few curry leaves and kalpasootra one piece and serve with hot rice .

Thanks for the recipe.
My only humble request is not to mislead by saying it only takes 6 minutes. It takes atleast 20 to 30 minutes to cook.
