Chicken Mushroom Stir-Fry (2022 recipe)
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts cubed 2
Soy sauce 3-4 tbsp
Chili oil 3-4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mushrooms 1 cup
Cabbage sliced 1 small
Capsicum sliced 1
Spring onions sliced 2
Thinly sliced carrots 2
Method:
Heat chili oil in a pan or wok. Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook until done. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and serve immediately
