Soyabean chili recipe | soya chili | Chili Soybean..

Ingredients:-

2 cups soyabean
2 onion (chopped)
1 capsicum cubed
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies cut lengthwise
1 tsp green chilli sauce
3 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp soya sauce
to taste Salt
Oil for frying
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Water
1 tbsp cornflour
Honey(optional)

For marination-

3 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
1 tsp black pepper powder

Steps:-

In boiling hot water add salt and soya chunks in it and let it rest till the soya chunks are soft.

Once they are soft squeeze out the excess water from the soyabean and keep it aside.

In a bowl take soya bean add all the marination ingredients and mix it well.

Heat oil in a pan, once hot add marinated soya chunks and fry till golden from all sides.

Take it out on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.

Heat oil in another pan add green chillies, ginger and garlic. After 2mins add onions,Capcicum and cook for few seconds then add sauce mixture(tomato sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce)

Next add some water saute for a minute.

Next add black pepper powder and red chili powder. And a little water.

Add (cornflour+water) mixture..

Next add fried soya chunks toss it well in the sauces cook for a minute garnish with some spring onion greens (optional)… Honey(optional).
