THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 tbsp ground annatto seeds substitutes include saffron, or equal amounts of turmeric and paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
½-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for a spicier version
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

  2. Great video! I love the spices that you chose. We absolutely love using it on everything that you mentioned in the video in addition to pork shoulder roast. Oh my goodness if you ever make a pork shoulder roast or if you do a turkey for Thanksgiving this works really well with that, as well! 🇵🇷

  3. I bought some Goya packets just see what to see what it tastes like.
    Also hoping I use it in other things.
    Today I'm using in chili.
    I had only had a pound of chili meat in my freezer so I'm actually gonna use a pound of ground pork to.
    Hope in the end with these 2 changes it'll give it's own Distinct flavor and most of all my family likes it.
    I would like to invest in the extra spices I don't have to create my own. Thanks for giving your recipe to use. 🙂

  4. Can I exchange the annatto with saffron or the taste will change
    I do have a red powder that we use it for rice in the arabain rice plates specaily in beryani , so do you think that I can use it
