Easy Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers 🫑
Here’s how I made this super satisfying low-carb dinner:

What you need:
• Ground meat (~500g)
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• Oregano, basil, marjoram, salt & pepper
• Bell peppers (halved)
• Grated mozzarella

How to:
1️⃣ Brown the meat (loving my new meat masher 🔥).
2️⃣ Remove meat, sauté onion & garlic in the same pan.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes + tomato paste, season well.
4️⃣ Mix in the meat again.
5️⃣ Fill pepper halves with the mix, top with cheese.
6️⃣ Bake on grill mode ~20 mins until soft & golden.
7️⃣ Serve with a fresh salad 🥗
