    โ€ข 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water (for slurry)

    โ€ข 4โ€“5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    โ€ข Sliced onions and bell peppers (as per preference)

    ๐Ÿ”ช Steps

    1. Prep the Tofu
    โ€ข Cut 200g tofu into bite-sized cubes.
    โ€ข In a bowl, mix black pepper, red chili powder, salt, and cornflour.
    โ€ข Toss the tofu in this mix until evenly coated.

    2. Pan-Grill the Tofu
    โ€ข Spray olive oil on a non-stick pan.
    โ€ข Grill tofu over medium heat for ~10 minutes until golden and crisp.
    โ€ข Take it off the pan and keep aside.

    3. Pre-Mix the Sauce
    โ€ข In a small bowl, combine:
    โ€ข Soy sauce
    โ€ข Homemade sugar-free tomato ketchup
    โ€ข Schezwan sauce
    โ€ข Vinegar
    โ€ข Honey (optional)
    โ€ข Cornflour slurry (cornflour + water)
    โ€ข Mix well and keep aside.

    4. Sautรฉ Veggies & Garlic
    โ€ข In the same pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil.
    โ€ข Add chopped garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
    โ€ข Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2โ€“3 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy.

    5. Cook the Sauce
    โ€ข Pour the pre-mixed sauce into the pan with veggies.
    โ€ข Let it simmer and thicken for 1โ€“2 minutes.
    โ€ข Adjust seasoning with chili powder, pepper, or salt if needed.

    6. Toss the Tofu
    โ€ข Add the grilled tofu into the thickened sauce.
    โ€ข Toss everything well so tofu and veggies are fully coated.
