Beef Chili Recipe:
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 large onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 cube of beef stock
1/4 cup of water
1.25 lb of ground chuck
1 tsp of smoked paprika powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chili pepper powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of sweet corn
1 1/2 tsp of tomato paste
1 cup of water
Pressure cook on high temp for 7 mins
Shredded Jack and Cheddar cheese
Soured cream
Serve and enjoy!
