Ingredients
– 50g Paneer
– 100g Boiled Potato
– 40g Boiled Corn
– 1 Cup Spinach
– ½ Onion, Chopped
– 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
– 1 Tsp Ghee
– Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Oregano (To Taste)
– Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice (For Garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook The Veggies
1. Heat Ghee in a Pan and Sauté Garlic and Your Choice of Veggies.
2. Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, and Oregano. Cook Until Soft.
3. In The Same Pan, Cook Paneer Until Golden Brown. Set Aside.
Step 2: Blend The Sauce
1. In a Blender, Add Boiled Corn, Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Salt.
2. Blend Until Smooth. Adjust Consistency If Needed.
Step 3: Make The Tikkis
1. In a Bowl, Mash Paneer, Boiled Potato, Cooked Veggies, Coriander Leaves, and Salt.
2. Shape The Mixture Into Tikkis and Shallow Fry Them Until Crispy.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
1. Place The Cooked Veggies and Tikkis on a Plate.
2. Spread The Blended Sauce on Top and Enjoy This Delicious High-Protein Meal!
