🔥 JUICY CHILLI LEMON SHEET PAN KEBABS

Ingredients
1kg Chicken mince
1 Medium red onion, grated – strained and liquid discarded
1 tbsp Red pepper paste
1 Lemon, juiced
Zest of a lemon
1-2 Red/Green chillies, finely diced
1/4 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive oil

Dry seasonings
1 tbsp Smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt or to taste

Method –
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add the mince and all of the seasoning. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or for best results overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Step 2 – Pre heat the oven to 220c
Grease a baking tray/sheet pan,
Spread the mixture evenly, divide into 7 long kebabs using a flat sided kitchen tool. Then make shallow indents along the kebabs. Cook for 12 minutes on the middle shelf, then on the top shelf, grill/broil for 3-4 minutes on the max temperature.

Step 3 – Remove from the oven. And let it cool, drain off any excess oil and serve with flatbreads, your favourite sauces and salad. Enjoy!
