Soft, crispy and full of nostalgic flavour, this recipe hits different especially on a rainy evening.

I’m using Kalasham Besan because purity matters no mixes, no shortcuts, just 100% pure.

3 Onions (roughly chopped)
3 Greem chili choppings
1.5 tbsp Ginger chopping
2 sprigs Curry leaves
2.5 tbsp Ghee
2 cups Kalasham Besan
Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Water
Oil for deep frying

    సార్ ఒకటి గమనించాలి దీంతో
    శనగపిండి ఒరిజినల్ అయితే మాత్రం అలా రెడ్ రాదండి దాంతో బియ్యప్పిండి ఏమైనా కలుస్తాయి కలర్ షేడ్ అవుతుంది
    నాచురల్ అయితే ఎల్లో కలర్ లోనే ఉంటాయండి ఫ్రై చేసిన కూడా మేము దాల్ తీసుకొచ్చి మేమే మిషన్లు ఆడతాం కాబట్టి దాంతో తయారుచేస్తాం కాబట్టి నేను ఆ నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇవ్వగలుగుతున్నాను 🙏
