Hey Mike, thanks for this. I banged this out tonight with the basil, parm and of course a little cayenne and it's pretty dang tasty. I'll toss some pasta into it tomorrow. But now I have this whole bottle of red wine vinegar and I have NO idea what else to do with it (first time ever using the stuff). Any thoughts on what to do with it? Thanks man!
