one egg at temperature
3 tbs corn flour
2 tbs flour (maida)
oil for frying

Ingredients for sauce:-

1 cup hot water
one cube chicken stock
1 tbs dark soya sauce
1 tbs chilli sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup

3/4 cup water+ 2 tbs corn flour

Ingredients for preparation :-

3-4 tbs oil
4-5 dry long chillies
1 tbs chopped ginger
1 tbs chopped garlic
2 cubes cut onion
1 large capsicum
3-4 green chillies
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup spring onion
