Paneer Steak with Moroccan Sauce
(serves 1)
This meal is so satisfying to eat. It has the hit of spice from the paneer steak, a creamy sauce made with curd instead of cream and some rice to balance the whole plate.
Paneer Steak:
-1/2tsp paprika or Kashmiri red chilli powder
-1/2tsp coriander powder
-1/4tsp pepper powder
-1/2tsp cumin powder
-1tsp hot sauce or red chilli sauce/paste
-2-3chopped garlic
-fresh coriander
-1tbsp olive oil
-juice of half lemon
-Salt to taste
Moroccan Sauce:
-In the same pan, add some olive oil.
-Add chopped garlic, chopped onions & chopped red bell pepper. Sauté for 1min.
-Add 1/4tsp black pepper powder & let it cool down.
-Add 1 cup whisked curd.
-Some fresh coriander and mix well.

Randomly came across this reel and was about to make dinner and made this recipe. 100/10 love it totally 😍 we had the filling and sauce in the wraps instead of with rice but still it was delicious.
