Anti Inflammatory Tea Recipes
1. Haldi tea: Half teaspoon haldi or raw turmeric (कच्ची हल्दी) , pinch of black pepper , 1 inch piece of cinnamon , honey
2. Half teaspoon grated ginger , lemon juice , honey
3. CCF tea… equal amount of cumin, coriander and fennel seeds , 1 tablespoon of this mixture boiled in water
4. Black tea: tea leaves + daalchini + honey
5. Saunth tea: pinch of haldi , Saunth powder, daalchini and black pepper plus honey
