Keto Sesame Beef Stir-fry with Sweet Red Peppers
Makes 1 Serving
5.1g NC

Ingredients:

8oz Bottom Round Beef Steaks
(thinly sliced for stir-fry)
150g Napa Cabbage (chopped)
1/4 tsp Salt (total)
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
1c Broth
1/2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1/8 tsp Sesame Seeds

Heat 1 Tbs Coconut Oil over medium-high heat. Add Sweet Red Peppers and sauté until caramelized. Add Napa Cabbage & 1/8 tsp Salt. Sauté until desired tenderness. I like my veggies tender.

Adjust heat as needed.

Removed from skillet & keep warm.

Heat 1 Tbs Coconut Oil over medium-high heat. Add Beef & 1/8 tsp Salt and cook until no longer pink.

Stir into Veggies

Deglaze pan with 1c Broth. Add 1/2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar & reduce to desired consistency.

Pour over Beef & Veggies. Add Sesame Oil and combine. Garnish with Sesame Seeds.

Adjust Beef & Oil to meet your macro goals.
