Stuffed Bell Pepper Casserole
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 small onion, diced
* 3 bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder

* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp chicken bouillon or beef bouillon
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
* 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
* 1 ½ cups chicken or beef broth (or water)
* 1 cup uncooked white rice
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella or preferred)
* Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. It looks good, but I imagine it would be really salty.
    I would use ground turkey, fresh garlic, only tomatoes, and add corn.

  2. Using turkey will be ok? All of the seasoning is ok. Will it be too salty or spicy? I thought you actually would stuff green peppers… Great recipe!

  12. Thought you were going to stuff the bell peppers; although. You have peppers in the in the base. I think I would use frozen pie crust or frozen crusiants or phyo And spread over that before I added the cheese and then baked until dough was done. Delicious looking and I sure wirh a salad meal is complete

I just have two requests, and one is to please mention the amounts of the ingredients that you are adding to a recipe when filming. I understand that measurements of seasonings are due to individual tastes, and I can estimate by how much you sprinkle the seasonings on a recipe to an approximate amount to use, but for some things, like meat, vegetables, or sauce amounts, it is kind of important to know the measurement. Also, is there a button that you could provide for your fans on your website for printing out those delicious-looking recipes that are shown in your videos? I have been writing down each step while you are preparing a recipe, and I would love to be able to print it out if you are able to have a button like the ones that you have for Like or Share. But I want to thank you for having the very best cooking videos with your calm voice and sweet face, showing us the easy-to-follow methods of making your wonderful dishes.
