Ingredients
– 3 Packs Firm Tofu, cut into squares
For Dredging
– Flour, season with salt
– Egg, season with Maggi Magic Sarap
– Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

For Diping Sauces

Tuna & Mayo
– 3 Gloves Garlic
– ½ Cup Mayonnaise
– 1 180g Canned Tuna in Oil
– 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
– 1 Dash Maggi Magic Savor Hot Chili
Season with salt & pepper

Korean Glaze
– ½ Cup Mayo
– 1 Tbsp Korean Chili Paste
– 1 Tbsp Honey
– 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Season with salt

Manong Sauce
– 1 Small Onion, minced
– 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
– 1 Pc Red Chili, chopped
– 2 Pcs Red Chili, chopped
– 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
– 2 Tbsp Flour
– 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce
– 1 /12 Cup Water
– ½ Tbsp Maggi Magic Sarap

Vinegar Dip
– ½ Cup Vinegar
– ¼ Cup Chopped Cucumber
– 1 Pc Onion, minced
– 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
– ¼ Cup Water
– ¼ Cup Sugar
– 2 Pcs Red Chili, chopped
