Mushroom Pepper Fry Recipe
Spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry with Masala Twist | 400g Mushroom Recipe | Easy South Indian Style
Make this flavorful and spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry using a masala-style base perfect for 400g of mushrooms.

๐ Ingredients:
Mushroom โ 400g
Oil โ 100 ml
Garlic (chopped) โ 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste โ 2 tbsp
Onion โ 2 medium, sliced
Turmeric powder โ 1/2 tsp
Pepper โ 2 tsp
Coriander seeds โ 1 tsp
Jeera (cumin) โ 1 tsp
Salt โ as required
Curry leaves โ few
Coriander leaves โ chopped
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
1. Dry roast pepper, coriander and jeera. Grind to a coarse powder.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, onions, and curry leaves. Sautรฉ till golden.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and sautรฉ well.
4. Add sliced mushrooms
5. Add turmeric, salt, and the freshly ground spice powder.
6. Cook till mushrooms are soft and water evaporates.
7. Sprinkle pepper, toss well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
๐ฅ Serve hot with rice, chapati, or as a side dish!
