⭐️Recipe Details Hari Bhari paneer ⭐️
👉🏼 Ingredients –
1. Paneer 200 gm
2. ⁠Yogurt 1 cup
3. ⁠Onions 2 large roughly sliced
2. ⁠Ginger 2 inch
3. ⁠Garlic 3-4 juliennes
4. ⁠Green chillis 2 medium (pakode wali Hari mirch)
5. Handful of coriander
6. ⁠Salt to taste
7. ⁠Black pepper 2 tsp
8. ⁠Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
9. ⁠Oil/Desi ghee 2-3 tbsp

👉🏼 Method-
1. In a Kadhai or handi heat 2 tbsp of oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
2. ⁠Then add the ginger, garlic and sliced green chillis and sauté for another 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
3. ⁠Once done switch off the flame and bring it to room temperature.
4. ⁠Now transfer this onion chilli mix to a blender and add a handful of green coriander.
5. ⁠Blend it to a smooth paste.
6. ⁠In the same Kadhai heat another tbsp of oil and pour the prepared green purée. Sauté it well for another 6-7 minutes on medium flame until oil releases from the corners.
7. ⁠In the meanwhile whisk a cup of curd with 1/3 cup of water and add it to to the sautéed green purée with black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and salt to taste.
8. ⁠Mix well and Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame
9. ⁠When the oils are released from the gravy add the cubed paneer and mix softly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on low flame.
10. ⁠Serve hot with paratha of your choice.

  3. But why you always make paneer raw.. what ever the recipe is please fry the paneer first and soak them in salt water before using..
