For Boiling Corn –
Water
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Sweet Corn

For Coating Corn –
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
2 Tblsp Refined Flour (Maida)
2 Tblsp Cornflour (Cornstarch)
3 Tsp Water & 3 Tblsp Cornflour (For step by step coating – 1:37)

For Tossing Corn –
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tblsp finely chopped Garlic
1 Tsp finely chopped Ginger
1 finely chopped Green Chilli
2 Tblsp finely chopped Onion
2 Tblsp finely chopped Red Bell Pepper
2 Tblsp finely chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tblsp finely chopped Green Capsicum
Fried Corn
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 pinch Sugar
1/2 Tsp White Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Aromat Powder (optional for restaurant style taste)
Garnish with Spring Onion Leaves
