  1. I’m so picky with tomatoes , I either have to have them raw or cooked and completely emulsified. Idk why but the second I feel a rolled up tomato skin in my teeth I get grossed out and can’t eat anymore 😂.

    For those who grow tomatoes, if you harvest them as soon as they start blushing, they'll comtinue to ripen on your kitchen counter, and you won't lose your tomatoes to the birds. The tomatoes don't lose their flavor either. I tried this after losing way too many tomatoes one yeae, and now I do it every year.
