Simple Tabbouleh You’ll Want to Make Again #tabbouleh #easyrecipes #homecooking



Ingredients:

2 cups finely chopped parsley
20 fresh mint leaves, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, deseeded and diced
¼ cup fine bulgur
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried mint
Salt & black pepper to taste

Soak bulgur in lemon juice, olive oil, dried mint, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop all herbs and veggies.
Combine everything, taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve chilled with Romaine lettuce leaves for scooping.
